How to combine items in context menu

For all the files, WinRar has items in the context menu. I want to combine all of them into one entry like the Open With does (when the mouse is over it, the list opens to the right).I don't want to put it in the Open With menu but I want to create a new entry like "WinRar" and when I put the mouse over it, I see the other options. Also I want to remove the items in the context menu now and put it in the extended menu.

How do I move context menu items into a cascading context menu?
Okay, I'm not sure if this can be done as easily as I'm hoping. What I'm wanting to do is move already existing context menu items into a cascading context menu to organize and reduce clutter. For instance, I would have a cascading menu named "Scan with" and inside it would be avast! Internet...
