Jave/cve removed now I can't install programs

MSE found and removed Jave/cve, yesterday I tried to install the MS Safety scanner and the installation failed. I got a notice the the security certificate is not valid. I tried to install norton and I got the same message.
I have run MSE again and it does not display any viruses. I also ran Malwarebytes and super anti spyware with no detection.
Can anyone help

You only need MSE standing guard, MB and SAS for on-demand scanning. If you want to scan deeper download and burn to CD Windows Defender Offline to run a boot time scan.

To see if System files have been damaged run SFC /SCANNOW Command.

OK, I have run a full scan with MSE, ran Microsoft defender offline, ran MB and SAS and no files were found. I ran sfc/scannow and on the first pass it said it found issues and repaired them. I ran it two more times just to be sure there were no more issues. I upgraded to IE 10, and I just tried to update Adobe flash player and I still got the invalid certificate message. I tried to install anyway but the update never does run.
I made sure the time was set correctly and it is.
Is there an internal clock I need to Set????
Or are there any other things I can try?

I am trying to run the process monitor now but I am having issues downloading

I got the zip file downloaded and when I try to extract it I get error 0x80004005: unspecified error. I cannot extract the folder so I can run the process monitor

I downloaded seven zip and it unzipped the file for Process Monitor. I am running the Process Monitor: systems internal now. Can anyone tell me what types of issues I should be looking for?

Did you perform the steps in Troubleshooting with Process Monitor - Ask the Performance Team - Site Home - TechNet Blogs?

You may still have damaged System Files from the infection which can't repair while running, so try SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot.

If there are irreparable System Files I'd consider a Repair Install
