OK I am tired of trying to fix the issue and have decided to do a clean install. I was looking at the ISO files on the clean install site and don't know which ISO file to use. I have Win & professional 32 bit. I have the original disk but it does not have service pack one on it.
Could someone point me to the ISO file to use

For the third time, if you'll follow the steps given in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
you will get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do.

Is there some reason why you cannot read this, as it answers most questions? Then we can answer any others.
