I did go ahead & send them a note yesterday, don't know how long before I get a reply so will just wait for now.

I did do some playing around with it tho' & found that 'some' windows would scroll but others wouldn't. Could that possibly be something with my mouse or what?

Still playin' around & more confused

Just did a 'Scroll Capture' of the posts here & it did scroll like it's supposed to so why won't it scroll through the Event Viewer?

And another question IF I can word it to make sense . . . . Why does the screenshot(which I'm attaching) now show as a whole window, not 'scrollable' like it did in XP, using the default viewer? Is there some sort of 'configuration'(if that's the right term) that I need to do in Windows Photo Viewer(now the default) to make it scrollable?

Have come to the conclusion that the problem is more with Windows Photo Viewer than anything else so will go ahead and mark this Solved.

I am having a similar problem with DUCK CAPTURE (scrolling aborts half way through)
I have tried via "developer tools" but capture is too large for screen
Then chrome extension "master capture" but a bit clunky.

Anyone recommend a ROLLING SCREEN capture program that includes the web address?
    Paid or free

    Thank you

    Found a suitable one, $1 a month
