Need to make sure my computer is safe after virus scan
I don't know if this is the right location for thios topic, so bear with me.
My malwarebytes scan picked up a trojan virus that I got rid of, and restarted my computer to complete the process: according to mb, they are all quarantined and deleted. The virus was known as Trojan.Vilsel, which was found in 1 file, 2 registry keys, and 1 registry value.
HKCR\TypeLib\{91814EB1-B5F0-11D2-80B9-00104B1F6CEA} (Trojan.Vilsel)
HKCR\Interface\{0BA4BA22-2EF0-11D3-88C8-00C04F72F303} (Trojan.Vilsel)
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs|C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\COMMON FILES\INSTALLSHIELD\ENGINE\6\INTEL 32\IKERNEL.EXE (Trojan.Vilsel)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32\IKernel.exe (Trojan.Vilsel)
I don't know where or how I got them. While this has been removed, and my firewall still says its on under my control panel, I still want to know if I'am still clean. MSE says I'm okay, and I'm running SUPERAntiSpyware now, and its finding adware tracking cookies which are normal. I've even scanned Malwarebytes again for about 12 minutes to see if Vilsel was still there, and nothing showed up. If malwarebytes says it got rid of them and I don't have to worry, great, but just in case.
P.S. anyone out there, I do have a adobe flash problem as well that just resurface. Please check it out:
