Bittorrent Problem

Im trying to download 1 file in a torrent that contains 6 files. Whenever I select that one file to download, every file in the torrent still downloads after I deselect them and hit OK... Anyone know what the problem is?

It may be due to problems in the torrent client, but generally, if we're speaking about small files, it's rather normal. Torrents often download a few extra pieces from the contiguous files from those you select too (no idea why, really) and if those are small, it's typical that they got downloaded entirely too.
You may try with another client to be sure. I'm using uTorrent and have no problems and respects what I want and what I don't.
