    Cannot install Adobe Elements 10

I have Adobe Elements 10, which came on a disk bundled with Wacom Intuos 5. I ran the disk and all went well until it had installed all the files, then it rolled back and undid the install. I have tried to copy the files to a folder, that did not work. I tried to run it as administrator, that did not work either. I searched for registry entries, there aren't any. I ran the Microsoft installer, and that didn't work. I am stumped. I would like to install this Application. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Still cannot install. It seems that I need the .msi file and I cannot dl it, the computer won't accept it. Do you know a way around this?

Did you interact with the PC in any way during the install?

Thanks Britton and nilank for your help, but I have solved the problem by installing the disk in Built-in Administrator mode. So all is well.
