If it works in safe mode, it means that there is a conflict with another program.
Use MSCONFIG and disable all the non-Microsoft startups and click on OK. Then reboot and see if it works.

I found the problem, so stupid, when i upgraded from vista i installed all the drivers and Acer Utilities and guess what. The Acer eData Security Utility was causing the problem, i used MSCONFIG as you told me and it worked. Thanks mate.
