Premiere cs3 - Exporting mp3's

I use Premiere Pro CS3 sometimes to edit audio. I am having trouble exporting as mp3's. The only thing that I can think of is that CS3 does not have the capability to export MP3's. I tried exporting using the two options: Audio and Media Encoder with no luck.

It may be best to export to a lossless format such as FLAC and use an audio conversion program such as audacity to convert it to mp3.
