How to remove clickfree software from a new laptop

    Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone would know how to completely remove all traces of annoying clickfree software?
I have deleted using add remove, but still it starts up with computer.
It is a real pain, I have run CC Cleaner also but still, it starts up with computer and entering a usb drive.
    Any ideas appreciated.
    Cheers

I think you have to do it from the software itself.

Right Click on the sys tray icon for it and select uninstall. If it's the licensed version you need to have an internet connection for it to de-register your PC - It won't uninstall otherwise.

    From the instruction guide:

An icon is added to the system tray with the following options:
 Backup Now -- Use this option to start the backup. This option will only appear if the
    backup drive is attached.
 Select Drive -– Use this option to select or change the USB drive to use for backup.
You must have the drive attached in order to select or change the USB drive.
 Scheduler –- Use this option to setup the automatic backup schedule (see page 21)
 Uninstall -- Use this option to uninstall the Clickfree Backup Software. If you are
trying to uninstall an activated version of Clickfree Backup Software (i.e. you have a
license key associated with it ), you must be connected to the Internet so that
Clickfree can communicate with the Clickfree Activation Server to free up the license
key so that you can use it on another computer.

Thanks so much for the reply.
I will give that a shot.
I bought the laptop new for my grandmother, and thought I got rid of all the bloatware and crud.
Seems this just hangs in there to annoy her, and myself seeing I thought I had deleted it.
Have a great day, and again,
    Thank you

IF it came already installed on the computer you might try decrapifier.

You can see if it is set to autostart with Windows, and disable or remove it

    Startup Programs - Change

Or just use CCleaners Startup tool to remove it
