Continuous software crashes, unsure of the cause.
Hi all,
I recently built a new desktop and it seems to be haunting me. I was first riddled with BSODs that seem to be under control for now. I have a post here about those already. Now though, after everything being seemingly fine, I'm having some issues with 2 or 3 pieces of software that I just cannot resolve. I am wondering if maybe something at the system or even hardware levels could be to blame.
The first issue is my browser. I use Comodo Dragon, Comodo's Chromium browser. I have been trying to get support on their forums for this as well. For some strange reason if I set the browser's start page to be the new tab page, the browser will crash as soon as I try to go to any page. If I set the home page to ANYTHING else, it's fine. That is, except for flash. Flash will crash on ANY Youtube video, whether it's on Youtube or not. Sometimes this can be resolved by first loading Youtube and then clicking any links that go their, it does not like a cold start up to Youtube, but that doesn't always solve it. I have tried reinstalling many times and have had no luck.
The second issue is that of my new keyboard, the Logitech G510s. I got it, plugged it in, installed it. Everything has been fine, until a few days ago, about the same time Dragon started crashing. For some reason the Logitech software will crash the second I try to open up the User Interface, and then I cannot start it without rebooting Windows. So I figured I'd try to reinstall it. Big mistake. The Installer (which I obviously used once) now crashes EVERY TIME I try to run it, so my keyboard is essentially worthless.
I have dump files for the crashes, so I'll upload the most recent ones.
EDIT: If it helps, I was able to get the Logitech software reinstalled in safemode (and it now seems to be running alright for the time being).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
