Does an Ultimate Boot CD for Windows 7 Exist?

Is there an "Ultimate Boot CD for Windows" that can be based on Windows 7? I have Ultimate Boot CD version 5.1.1 (DOS-based) and Ultimate Boot CD for Windows 3.6 (Windows-based) that I burned using Windows XP, but wasn't sure if there's a version that can be burned using Windows 7.

I've seen that there's a newer version of the "DOS" based Ultimate Boot CD, 5.2.3, is available. The Windows version doesn't seem to have been touched since 2010.

UBCD is based on WinPE, so basically, you can use it with any Windows version. But, it's not Win7.

A similar thing can be generated from Win7 when you use the Backup feature to create and burn a Win7 Repair CD.
