Have all windows snap to a grid

Is anyone aware of a utility that I could install that would allow all application windows to be snapped to a grid? I often work with a number of open apps where I position the windows just so. Sometimes right next to one another, sometimes with one windows in the upper left corner of one monitor and another in the upper right corner and one in the lower right corner of my second monitor. I'd just like to make the job of getting the windows positioned for a particular task a lot quicker.

I use Asus MultiFrame Resize & Snap App Windows To 9 Regions Per Monitor - Asus Multiframe Utility
on my G73 - I really like it especially when I use multiple monitors.
    I run Version V1.0.0019
I vaguely remember it working on my Dell D610 so it may work with other manufacture's machines as well.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, it runs fine on my system. Not exactly what I was looking for, but if I don't find something else, it may work. Ideally, I'd like to snap windows while dragging and dropping. I can see how this utility would be very handy on small monitors or laptops, as it fits the windows to non-overlapping regions.
