Is this still the corrupt Sony factory preinstalled Win7, larded with bloatware and duplicate utilities that have better versions built into Win7? If so you're way past due for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything you need is in the link to get and keep a perfect install, as long as you stick with the tools and methods given.

I'd also prepare by testing my RAM - Test with Memtest86+ for 6-8 passes or overnight.

Could this be a memory leak?

This may seem like a dumb question, but: have you turned this laptop off in the last few days?
Not sleep or hibernate, but OFF.

After the msconfig I assumed their was a reboot and I also requested a reboot but I really don't know if it happened.

It is my understanding that a reboot (warm boot) will not always clear the RAM registers if you are experiencing a memory leak.
The PC must be powered down and a "cold boot" performed in order to be sure all the registers are clear and remapped.

FYI, in the future, Windows has is own decompression utility, you do not need Winzip, I haven't used it since Windows 98/ME, it's outdated.
If you really must use a decompression utility, 7zip and Winrar are far better alternatives.

Very good point TVeblen. I'm a big fan of Cold Boots, they do many nice things but I don't think I requested one.

seems to (may) be virus problem.otherwise some dll files missing.
clean the system with soft cleaner,it having a through memory cleaning procedure.then restart the system(corrects my shutdown and keyboard problem before).
no changes then run the latest spybot antivirus, through full system scan, takes a long time some hours(through scan will sketch small to large files carefully).if it does not help then restore the system to an earliest stage.its not from the laptop problem 99%.
