Windows 7: Can't install Word Viewer

Yeah, I only uninstalled Avast as it seemed to be slowing down booting (someone else analysed the boot trace for me and said it showed a Queue of 149, which is apparently bad!). I haven't had a chance to test if that has made much difference yet but at least it got Wordviewer installed
