    Worked for Me

Thanks for the knowledge and thanks Imicklus for the .dll. I ran into this problem with a new version of CyberLink Power2Go 10 and the .dll did the trick. Much appreciated.

Thanks for the tip that lead me to the final solution. The error is caused because GoPro CineForm Studion version 121 removes ippsw7-6.1.dll from the operating system. The solution is to place ippsw7-6.1.dll in the directory

    C:\Windows\System32

The attached file No DLLs in Waterfall Procedure.zip contains the missing ippsw7-6.1.dll.
Just wanted to say thank you to "lmicklus" for including ippsw7-6.1.dll in his post.

I am running the 64 bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium. In addition to having to place ippsw7-6.1.dll in

    C:\Windows\System32

I found that I also needed to place it in

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64

I hope this helps anyone running 64 bit versions of Windows 7.

This is a strange thread. ippsw7-6.1.dll is not part of Windows 7. Presumably it comes with the Go Pro program.

    This also solved...

I used this to fix Corel Pro Studio X2 on my windows 7 ; copied the attached file into C:/programfiles(x86)/Corel/ and it worked! GoProCineForm had been previously installed.

    Thank you a lot!
I encountered several issues with Microsoft Teams recognizing my webcam, I tried everything to solve them but nothing was working.
But following the suggestions from lmicklus and aaroux I solved the problem!
