Can't you just delete this icon? If not, then reboot.

Also, for the future, always use the Programs and Features control panel (the installed software list) to uninstall programs. Failing that, check to see if the program itself has its own uninstaller. Failing that, then turn to alternative methods.

i even i did that and now not in the program list for removing agiain, but program wants to auto run in every restart. and the surprising case is that when i install any other version then same version software is seen after the installation of new version. and my important question is that if every thing is deleted then what makes this software enable to run, i have uninstalled it and even the installation directory is deleted that how it is running?
    please help me these queries.

The software is not running. It's just that there's still something telling windows to run the program, but Windows throws up an error like it's saying, "Um, what program? I don't see it anywhere. So, here's an error."

Anyway, you didn't say before that there's something that's trying to make the program start with Windows (but again, the program is not running - it's not even there, that's why you're getting an error. If it were there, then it would run).

I recommend the following as a first step at helping us figure out how to get rid of whatever is telling Windows to open this program even though it's no longer there. That way, Windows won't be told to do something at startup that it can't do and you will no longer get an error.

    1. Open msconfig (also called "System Configuration"). To do this, open the Start menu and type either msconfig and press Enter, or type system configuration (and press Enter when it's highlighted. For me, I only need to type "sy", the first two letters, before I can press Enter)
    2. Switch to the Startup tab
    3. Look for an entry that looks like it's related to this program
    4. Remove the check from the checkbox
    5. Click OK
    6. Reboot

If this works, then we will need to make it permanent. Here's how to do that (but again, only if this works - don't follow these instructions below if the above doesn't work):

    1. Go back into the Startup tab in msconfig
    2. In the Location column, hover your mouse over this entry's location to see where it is in the Registry
    3. Put the check back in the checkbox for the offending entry
    4. Click Apply
    5. Open the Registry Editor. To do this, open the Start Menu and type either registry editor, or regedit. Press Enter when either of these becomes selected. For me, I only need to type the first two letters, "re", before I can press Enter.
    6. Navigate to the location in the Registry that you found in msconfig. "HKCU" stands for "HKEY_CURRENT_USER", and "HKLM" stands for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"
    7. In the right-hand pane, delete the offending entry
    8. Reselect the key in the left hand pane
    9. Press and hold your Left Arrow key to collapse the tree. Otherwise, Regedit just leaves it open, remembering where you were the last time and so this ensures that the next time you open regedit, you aren't greeted with an expanded tree to some random location.
    10. Close Regedit
    11. Click OK in msconfig, or just close it
    12. Reboot

It should be fixed now. Although again, if the first set of instructions didn't work, then we'll try something else.

If the above fix doesn't work for you, another approach is to install the application.. then find the setting to start when Windows starts. Disable it. Log off, log back in. Veryify it doesn't try to start at login anymore. Now uninstall.
