Program that unminimize applications

Is there any applications that unminimize a certain application that I want ?
I'm tired of using alt + tab cycle , is there any way possible ?

Windows 7 32 bit

WinSize2 freeware may be what you need. It's very configurable, and easy on resources.

Windows 7 Profession x64

If you have open applications, you can press Win + 1, 2, 3 etc to open each respective program from left to right in the taskbar. This is built into Windows and I think is worth mentioning.
