Looking at the link it does't say. If you add it to your cart and go to checkout it might list more specific details.
If you only get a 32 Bit disc and you want 64 Bit, you can download the 64 Bit ISO and burn your own disc.
The important thing is to get a Valid Genuine license.
The License is good for 32 Bit or 64 Bit.
These tutorials have the links where you can download the Win 7 ISO from, and are very helpful for installing Windows.

LoL david i am a derp
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1, 64-bit, 1pk, DSP, OEM, DVD, DE
I am sure that is the right windows
Hello MrSH4RKYY,
You're not a derp:)
The most important thing is to be sure where you are buying from is reputable / legitimate, so you get a Genuine license.
I don't know anything about the "Alternate UK" site you are looking at, I mostly buy from Newegg in US...just a word of caution so you don't get burned...
The item in your post #1 is for an OEM product.
The item in your post #1 is for a SystemBuilder product, and costs more than the OEM product.
I don't know what they mean by SystemBuilder, but I would assume it is an OEM license.
An OEM license can only be used on the PC it is initially installed/activated on.
An RETAIL license can be transferred to a different PC.
If you look at this page, it shows if the product is 64 Bit or 32 Bit.
If I followed this correctly, your link in Post #1 is for 64 Bit, and the best price...
ALTERNATE
What is is, OEM its for a Company that makes PC and sells them on or a single owner that can provide some type of customer support it is just simply the disk with windows 7 on it, MS have not came out with anything like we don't want you to use it only use the system builder that's why on the website it states on the system builder on 64-bit, 1pk, DSP, OEM, DVD, DE, It covers everything also the OEM can only be on one board(one PC) you can get another Key of MS if you get a nice person on the call center :P

Andrew
