    Did you run the troubleshooter as shown in your screenshot? What were the results?
    What is your current installed internet explorer version (help->about)?

    I'm talking about internet explorer, not windows explorer! internet explorer version is still 8?
    If so: Do Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup and try to install IE10 again. Revert to normal startup mode afterwards as explained in tutorial.

    i did step 1 so now i should try to install IE10 again ? if it doesnt work i go to step 2 ?

    and btw i meant internet explorer *

    so every time i restart my computer as explained in the tutorial i will have to try and install IE10 ?

    Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup STEP ONE: 1-5. Please do that. After reboot try to install IE10. Same problem?

    After that do STEP THREE.
