what do you mean ? i only have 1 account and its administrator...

In #71 I asked you to enable the built-in REAL admin account called "administrator". Did you enable it, did you log on as that new user and tried to install IE10 as that user?

I gonna google that error. But you did install as user Jacob!! Try to do it as user "administrator"

If so... a new user will appear on welcome screen. Of course click on that new user
