Password organizer

I suffered a brain injury/illness five years ago and lost memory. Currently I can remember for a day or so,, then it's gone.

I'm looking for an electronic password organizer. I have one but the readout looses clarity after a while. I would love recommendations for quality organizers that aren't too cumbersome, are easy to use, have the ability to remember even if battery dies, and is reasonably priced.

Thanks. But those are programs. I need one that is electronic as I keep other passwords and stuff you need to remember on mine.

That was one I saw but passed over. I have one coming but wanted personal recommendations. I had Logio and just ordered Acorn Password Memory based on reviews. Another would be fine

Hello, I'm new to the forum and glad to be here!

I've not very knowledgeable when when it come to using a PC and have always been frustrated when using computer user manuals. But I recently retired and have made it a goal to try and become better and that is the main reason I joined this forum.

This is my first post and please excuse me if my advice is not right and may only apply to people like me who are computer idiots! LOL

This is what my opinion is of LastPass and I think this might be the same for Roboform? I downloaded LastPass a few days ago and upgraded to the premium version. When I got it downloaded the first thing I did was try to watch a video tutorial on how to set it up which did not work because it was down for repairs or something to that effect.
Then I tried to download the manual because when I tried to set up the online manual side by side to follow the instructions on how to set up lastPass properly, I could not get the online manual set up side by side and then found out you can't download it to your computer!

Then I tried to start it up and configure it and I screwed up an could not get back on the net so I could learn how to configure a a recording program I'm also having issues with! LOL, another reason I joined the forum.

So I uninstalled it so I could get online. Latter when I submitted a ticket for help I was informed that the support office was only open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon through Fri. and it took them several hours to get back to me. When I ask them to call me or chat they refused saying they could only respond to emergency's because they were only a staff of about 20 employees. I tried emailing for support and they just responded that my ticket was either pending or under investigation.

When I called their sales office phone number which I was only able to find because I paid for it with PayPal. If you go to their website there is no phone number where you can call them just like there is no phone number to call them or a way to start up a chat with Lastpass even for a premium account!

I got my money back and decided to try out Roboform but when I went to their website there is no phone number for their US sales office and you have to call the sales office at their main headquarters in Japan which would probably be expensive.

What seams suspicious to me is if you want to purchase LastPass or Roboform you have to download the free version first and then and only then you can create a premium account!

Not so With Norton Security Suite which comes with a password manager which come free with my internet provider Comcast.

When I've ever had issues with Norton which has only happened a coulple of times, I've been able to start a chat with their support within minutes and their techs have on those two occasions had the problem fixed within about 20 to 30 minutes.

So to make a long story short my advice is if you want to download a product that has to do with any kind of security and/or virus issues is if you can't call them first to esquire about their product then don't download it unless you have done a lot of research.
And this brings up the question of which website has the best most reliable information on which downloads of any kind are good and where to go to install them safely?

Dittos on the MSWord solution. Also, it makes it pretty easy to cut/paste when a User Name and PW is needed.

What I do for my passwords is type them on a MS Word document that I store with my other Word files. If I forget one, which happens more and more, I just open the Word file and there it is. I currently have three pages of passwords. It is not high tech, but is safe and works well.
