have Intel Application Accelerator installed on my computer. I am told it is the cause of many problems with my Lightscribe software.
If I uninstall thru add/remove will my computer still run ok?
Thanks

I don't know if removing it will affect your computer or not but, if you decide to try it, image your drive first so you can restore it should the removal hamper or brick your computer. Macrium Reflect is the most popular free imaging program here at Win 7 Forums.
Hello Shoe,
If you first disable all of the programs features and make sure that it is no longer being used by Windows, I see no reason why it would cause any problems.
To uninstall it, you could follow option one of this tutorial.
I do however agree with Lady Fitzgerald. To be sure, you best could make a system image right before you attempt to uninstall it, and if the uninstallation does cause any problems, simply restore the image.
To create a system image with Macrium Reflect Free, you could follow this tutorial.
Good luck and keep us posted,
