    I hope this thread still active :)

    Im getting this same error not for magnify or adobe or any other but most of the tools i download cannot open

    the application was unable to start correctly (0x00007b). Click OK to close the application im using 32 bit ..once i could open some softwares when i re-install 32 bit ultimate.. but after restart again those progammes dont work

    Install/reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and check.
