Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1

Downloaded and installed........seems to work exactly the same as 1.65 for me anyway. Thanks Bill.

Also, for anybody that uses AIDA64, there is a new stable build out, and it doesn't seem broken or anything. Not to hijack your thread, just thought I'd throw it out there. Quite a few people who use CPU-Z probably use AIDA or something similar.

AIDA64 Extreme Edition. I would download the self-installing exe.
