Replacement for Microsoft Plus! for XP?

I've always used Plus! Digital media edition on Windows XP, specifically the "Plus! Analog Recorder" and "Plus! Audio Converter". Is there something equivalent for Windows 7/Vista? Can the Vista/7 OS do they actions internally or can I buy something equivalent to Plus! to accomplish these actions?

    Thanks

Microsoft has discontinued Plus! SuperPack for Windows XP and Plus! Digital Media Edition. Many of the features and tools that have been enjoyed for years now can be found in new Microsoft titles and services including Windows Vista™. For more information Click Here
The Microsoft Plus titles will be available in retail outlets while supplies last.
Customers will receive product support for up to three years from purchase date or through April 30, 2010, whichever date is reached first.

If you are looking for an audio application to provide recording and editing you may want to take a look at the open source (Free ) Audacity.

Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

Is a little bit more advanced than a lot of paid for software and I can confirm it working on Windows 7 X64

Not sure but I think it may have been mostly incompatible after SP2. AS XP mode is based on sp3 , I think, I doubt it would work

I'm using Plus right now and I have XP sp3. It works fine. Good idea about XP mode. I'm not real familiar with how to set this up or anything though. Is enabling xp mode a simple "setting choice" within windows 7?
