    Crystal Disc Info question

I have 5 hdds and they all show in Disc Mgmt and My Computer, but one does not.

Is Crystal Disc info only capable of showing 4 hdds?

It also only shows one of my external hdds.

Acronis Drive monitor also does not show that drive.

The drive not shown (P) is perfectly functional.

    Thanks,

    Nice program.

    Which version do you have?
I downloaded the pro version -The free versions said "not compatible with 64 bit."

I know this thread is solved, but your question wasn't really answered. I think I have found the answer:

CrystalDiskInfo does not support RAID disks and disks attached to external ATA controllers, so there is no problem it just won't work on them.

    Yup, I do have externals.

Still don't see why it won't recognize the 5th internal hdd.

BTW- it does recognize one of the externals (m,n)

I'm not sure then, it's a program limitation though, so I wouldn't worry too much. Besides, S.M.A.R.T programs are not entirely accurate anyway.
