    Link was for Mac Problem

Sandeep - thank you for the email - the info in the link that you provided was all for an iTunes Match problem on Mac computers - I am using a PC running Windows 7, so the advice in that thread doesn't seem to apply to my problem.

    Thanks

Thank you again for the email; first, yes I did uninstall and reinstall iTunes and that did not work. The new link that you provided might be a clue, but might take a bit of time to do - so I will try that also and let you know.

Thank you again for your help.
