Windows 7: Can I mass apply RAA using a batch file or other quick trick?

Windows 8 - 64bit but work with XP Pro and 7 Ultimate 32bit.
Can I mass apply RAA using a batch file or other quick trick?

I was wondering if there was a way to easily apply RAA to multiple (read 50+) .exe files on a system. We put systems out that require multiple exe files to have this setup and it takes time to go through and click each one. Could it be done by doing a registry batch file? Or AutoIT or other scripting that can be done easily?

This is for Windows 7 Pro systems, 32bit.

If there is no easy way to do it, that's fine. Was just wanting to cut down on the clicking, lol.

Take a look at Inno Setup. It's a free installer. I think it may have an option to have shortcuts set to Run As Administrator.
