Windows7 and Army Gold Master program conflict with FORTRAN executable

Have a system with Windows7 and Army Gold Master (AGM) program which has apparent conflict with FORTRAN command line executables. When attempt to run FORTRAN command line executables, they just sit there at DOS command prompt doing nothing. Any ideas as to cause of this problem. Have laptop with Windows7 but no AGM, and have no problem with the same FORTRAN command line executables.

Is anyone familiar with the Army Gold Master version of Windows 7?
Hello. Where I work, we currently are (forced into) using the Army Gold Master (AGM) Windows 7 version 10.0.2. For the most part, it works just fine for our needs on physical PC's. However, I am attempting to use it as virtual workstation in VMware version 5.1. Unlike the COTS installation of...

Programming in Fortran
I have (for the last year or so) been kicking around the idea of teaching myself to program. After looking into languages such as python, java, C, C++, Visual Basic.net and so on. I have finally decided to teach myself Fortran, somewhat because I'm a history buff. Mostly because I just find the...
