Windows7 and Army Gold Master program conflict with FORTRAN executable

Have a system with Windows7 and Army Gold Master (AGM) program which has apparent conflict with FORTRAN command line executables. When attempt to run FORTRAN command line executables, they just sit there at DOS command prompt doing nothing. Any ideas as to cause of this problem. Have laptop with Windows7 but no AGM, and have no problem with the same FORTRAN command line executables.

Are you using the AGM version of W7? This link may help.

Is anyone familiar with the Army Gold Master version of Windows 7?
