I use CCleaner a few times a day, no success there.

Here is my current HKCR Shellex ContextMenuHandlers:

The top two may be something to look at?

    In ccleaner, click tools-startup-context menu.

Find the entry and delete it.

Yes I would say so. I would also remove the MS Groove sync just to be sure. It may be why cyber stays after removal. What is in the top two when you click them? And I think Andrew in his post above is spot on.

Those top two are pin to taskbar and pin to start menu, I have the exact same ones.

If you want to test it just right click on them and export to save them.

Then you can delete them, restart (If you want), and check it by right clicking a program.

By clicking on them in your saved location, you can merge them back into the registry.

Two more programs you might try:

    MenuMaid | SD Software

    Download - FileMenu Tools
