    Skype crashing when opening


    Opening my skype a message pops up saying "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

    so i went into the event viewer and i found this ;

    anyone know what i got to do to solve this problem ive attempted re installing skype and the obvious things you first think of when you get a problem

    Have you tried updating your Nvidia drivers?

    NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce 331.65 Driver WHQL

    Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\CoProcManager\nvdxgiwrap.dll
    You may want to try Acer too, they may have a specific driver for your model,
