    Windows 7 Pro & Coreldraw X5

I have spent the best part of 3 days working on a custom build computer for a Screen Printing Company. He has used Coreldraw for the best part of 30 years. I spent all day Friday with the specialist from Corel, he runs Coreldraw X3, X4, and is trying to run X5. According to Corel, the problem is a kernalbase.dll problem in Windows. Can somebody steer me in the right direction? X3 & X4 run fine.
