Tried running it in Vista compatibility?

Just tried it again in compatibility mode for Vista and it does the same as in earlier builds, it just gets stuck in a restart loop, starts to install and then tells you to restart to finish the install, restarts and then starts all over again.

Gizmo Drive is free and works on Windows 7 but it seems a little "overkiller"

    I miss magicdisc

Have you found other free options?

What version of PowerISO are you using mate? Mine is 4.3 and it doesn't quite work. Response is sluggish and it freezes between actions.

What are you guys using for mounting ISO's?

ummm, you mounted the ISO in Vista, then installed 7, - well, it copied what it needed and then continued the install from the HD....

    nothing new there....

But DT will not install at all - it keeps re-trying the SPTD driver install every time....

I know it's nothing new, I'm just saying the irony is I used DT to install Windows 7, but DT won't actually work in Windows 7.

LOL, i signed up on this fourm because i saw this and laughed. Not to make fun of you, but, all you had to do was get into msconfig and disable the program from starting up, then u can uninstall it with their uninstaller :P took me 2 mins to figure it out. xD
The problem is, I already tried that, but the magicdisc uninstaller just freezes on me.

I know a little about editing the registry but not enough to clean this all out. Is there another option to fix this?

P.S. Ever since I installed this program my computer will NOT come out of sleep. And I don't think it's a coincidence.
