TuneUp 2014 Integrator has stopped working (rtl120.bpl)

When im installing and finishing, Im opening the program and it says:
And when I press "Close the program" It says:

I Had TuneUp once and I uninstalled it... Now I tried to install the 2013 and 2014 versions and on both I get the same error...
I Tried uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller *EVEN IN WINDOWS SAFE MODE* and reinstalled it but it didnt worked.. I Tried cleaning the registry through CCleaner and downloaded Registry Workshop and I searched in the whole registry these words (After uninstalling TuneUp with Revo Unisntaller):Tuneup, integrator, avg, rtl120. And deleted everything it found,
And all of that work it still dosent work.
Can you please help me? :)

I recommend uninstalling all these registry cleaners and never going near them again, they are more trouble than they are worth. Windows 7 doesn't require external tune-up programs.

Why dont use them? They have a lot of great stuff... and ASC 3 (Advance System Care 3) Is a great tool too... No?

And what about "Perfect Registry"?
And Defraggler?

ALL registry cleaners are just pure junk and needless. Defraggler is just a third-party version of the Defragmentation tool available within Windows, it's not really needed at all either.
