Wondering if anyone is having an issue with Adobe CC on Win 7

I recently installed Adobe CC for my acer, and it's been day 3 and nothing but issues. I have contacted Adobe and they have been no help.

My first issue is when I first downloaded CC, i booted my computer and I got the windows didn't start properly screen and went through the startup checklist. Then when the computer did start, Adobe apps were erased. I reinstalled the apps and now I'm getting errors for the updates. I tried changing users to administrator and still can't update.

Now, I am getting the CHKDSK black screen when I start my laptop. It has done this twice on me and it never finds an error.

I know I should be contacting adobe about this, but I didn't know if this was a harddrive error because of the chkdsk screens or it really is adobe.

Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

You should fill in your system specs asap,
The only issue I have with cc is photo shop's 3d features,
Other than that everything else works well when I know how to use it properly
I also noticed Adobe add a few listing to the Startup so I did uncheck them and confirm every once in a while when it updates because it has a nasty habbit of reactivating the items on startup,
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the option or the Enter key,
Startup section and uncheck anything Adobe.
