Issue with gadgets

    Issue with gadgets


    So i am having a problem that is not really making any since. I have the stock side bar gadgets that came with windows 7. When ever i have to enter any information in the gadgets such as the weather or gmail counter i can enter it but the information wont stay. It just goes back to default and wont keep the info. So my weather always stay in new your setting or gmail counter wont sync up with my gmail. does any one have any solution. it starting to piss me off.

    Is it a stock win 7 install? you didnt change, or move system folders?

    Did you save you current location in the setup of the weather gadget ?

    nope i did not change any folders. I got a student discount because i am a college student so i down loaded it and had to do a custom install on a parathion i did did. I was running the beta just loaded it over that. Yes i enter my location and then press ok. it say current location Denver Colorado then i pres ok.

    This is with all the gadgets that require some sort of input information. The CPU monitor stock and another one down loaded works perfectly fine
