    Black Screen!! Explorer.exe missing

    Good morning everyone!!

So yesterday I ran adwarecleaner and after restarting my pc the screen was black.

I tried doing a system restore but it said I have to disable my anti-virus and I cannot do that unless I'm in admin. I can boot in safe mode with networking with no issues

I also noticed my explorer.exe is gone in the Task Manager. I tried bringing it back and it would only stay for ~ 10 seconds then would dissapear.

    Please help!!!

Yes I tried restoring it but when booting in safe mode it wanted me to disable my AV.. I do not have admin privileges while in safe mode so I can't disable it

Okay, you will need to ask the user with Admin Privileges to restore the computer for you :)

Yes I tried restoring it but its giving me an error saying that I need to disable my AV before it can restore. I'm unable to restore my AV while in safe mode due to not having admin privileges
