    Java.net Connection Error

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I recently updated Java. I made sure all previous versions were gone. I then tried to make a local server for Minecraft and as soon as I try to connect to it, it returns a java.net connection error.

1.I tried clean installing Java and the server. Same error.
2.Reconfigured Java. Still the same error.
3.Edited the path and still the error.

I have no idea what to do. I have spoken to other users with the same issue but their solutions have not worked. Is there a way to fix the error. Everything is up to date and I am running 64 bit java. All files for the server and commands are one hundred percent correct. What can one do?

What kind of forum ignores someone with a problem?

It's not ignoring, sometimes a post gets overlooked or goes unanswered. We are all volunteering our time here. I work long days during the week for instance.

What error are you getting? Post a screenshot of the exact error

We can try to help, but sometimes an error isolated to one program, that even it's dedicated user base cannot solve, can be difficult to say the least. A Guy
