    Downloaded ImgBurn yesterday and was very careful to uncheck and refuse any extras, of which there were many. No extras showed up but the first thing I did was pull the internet connection and run a FULL scan with MalwareBytes.
    Six Opencandy PUP's showed up. They could only have come from IB as I had just run a full scan the evening before and had not gone anywhere else.

    Once you install the older version of ImgBurn watch out for updates. They come with junk.
    Just for testing I downloaded the new version. Unselected all the junk and still got Real Player, Chrome, Optimize Pro, and Sync Folders.
    I chose not to download those things and still got them.

    It did take some time to find all the places this junk was hiding and removing them.
