Trying to find contents in "Folder" ?

Hi, I'm still having constant problems with Dragon Naturally Speaking Home Edition 12.5 trying to save the user file as it keeps displaying "Error file exists".

    So I went into
Knowbrainer forum where they gave me the advice below, but no idea what to do next when in Folder Options View as it's already set to show hidden files and folders so don't where to find the contents and delete them ? Also I unfortunately don't have a DVD to re-install it all again as I'd downloaded it direct.

    Really appreciate any help....

    Thanks

"Try saving your user profile again. If it fails to save on the 2nd try, delete the contents of your C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking12\Users\(your username)tb folder and reattempt saving your user profile. This should take care of the problem but note that you cannot access this folder unless you change Windows Explorer default options to view hidden files and folders."

With show hidden files and folders shown that should be there.

You could also manually go to run and type in the path
