Hello and Help in search of a Searching tool

i'am trying to find a searching utility that can search inside TXT files for words that are NOT there and display the result, now the best thing would be if i can input multiple words into that program so it can exclude all the files containing any of the words i;am searching and display the result that do not contain the multiple words i;am searching i kinda tried Grep (windows version) but just cant get the damn regular expressions to work ,is there another a bit easier tool for that?

UltraFileSearch does what you ask.

Find results and include or exclude words, phrases and use wildcard matching for file names.

Specify directory to be searched and choose to include or exclude subfolders.

Ultra File Search - File Search Utility

You need to choose the Lite Edition on the download page if you decide to try it.
