I am looking for a program
that can ExtractData from .html files .
Namely : I want to extract all "http://*.flv" lines to a separate file .
Anyone know of such an animal ?

So you want to loop through all clickable links. If ending on .flv then click on it and save it.
Is that what you want?
If you want to try URL Snooper you can extract the data that you're asking for.
If you want to try it for test purposes I'd suggest downloading the portable version rather than going for the full install.
If you run the software, from the GUI - then from the File Menu - browse to the directory containing your html file:
You'll see the results:

You can then save the results in a text file:
