    Issue with Network Related Program

Unable to run net balancer software on startup.

Its showing error message as "unable to run net balancer, due to conflict with other network related programs".

How to find the list of network related programs?? And how to solve the issue??
    Any help would be appreciated!!

Do you use any other network analyzing software such as Wireshark? That is the type of program it is likely referring to. Have you confirmed the NetBalancerService is indeed running? If it is stopped, can it be started? What is it set to (Automatic, manual, etc.)

Your post from your other thread

    Problems with auto update applications
Mr a guy, this net balancer network monitoring tool is set as start up application by default after installation.

Once logging in,the program is starting automatically with background tray application.

But when logging in alternately say second time, this software is starting manually that means failed to start up this time.

So when starting application manually, then the error message is shown in above picture. The service is started manually after showing error message.

Is this the main problem for slow speed(in bytes/sec)??

How to terminate all the apps that are using network??

If any other problems, the help would be appreciated!!
When you say logging in, do you mean booting the PC from a powered down (off) state? Or the PC is on, and you are logged off, then log back on?

You say "Once logging in,the program is starting automatically with background tray application". When you do this, NetBalancer does start, with the tray icon?

Then you say "But when logging in alternately say second time, this software is starting manually that means failed to start up this time." Do you mean there is no tray icon, so you try to start the program manually?

If so, I suspect it is already running, and when you try to start a second instance, it gives you that error. The error is referring to the NetBalancer already running "unable to run net balancer, due to conflict with other network related programs".

Let us know specifically what you mean by logging in, and logging in a second time.

Then let us know if indeed the program does run fine the 1st time with a tray icon.

If it does, then let us know what happens when logging in the second time. No tray icon? Is the program shown as running in Task Manager?

Make sure on the second login that the icon isn't just hidden

If so, set it to Show icon and notifications
