FREE Taskbar for dual monitor setup

I cannot find any good program to put taskbar onto my second monitor for free. The best I've found is Dual Monitor Taskbar, which doesn't look the best and refuses DPI-scaling. I've also seen the terrible looking Zbar. I've been using 30 day trials of UltraMon, Actual Multiple Monitors, and they look great. Is there any freeware that looks good?

I've used DisplayFusion in the past.

I didn't mention it as the free apparently doesn't do multi taskbars

Free vs Pro ? DisplayFusion ? Binary Fortress Software

Already tried Dual Monitor Taskbar. Forgot to mention DisplayFusion, the free version is almost useless

    Bump Mk2.

Can't help here, only got DisplayFusion Pro through a Steam Sale and I don't use that function of it! Try searching through this list of free programs to see if there's a Multi-Monitor Taskbar: lFREE Great Programs for Windows 7 [2]

Searched "taskbar" through the whole list. The best I could find was that maybe Transparent TaskBar could be used as a loophole way to put a taskbar on other monitor, sort of like how you can use LogMeIn for free screen capturing, but sadly it did not do that.
