Look at all the autorun system locations by yourself:
Windows Program Automatic Startup Locations

One of those should contain Outlook as an autostart entry.

Outlook 2010 - how to pin to startup menu?
I have installed Outlook 2010 and would like to "pin" the program on the start menu (the vertical stack above the start button). I was able to do this quite simply with Outlook 2007 but I do not see how to do it in 2010. Any help will be most appreciated. Thanks.
