Windows 7: No picture running bluestacks

No picture running bluestacks

i installed bluestacks on my laptop,so i can play plants vszombies 2 on my pc ,my problem is the game loads sometimes but iget sound but no picture is there a way to fix this?

I can't answer your question, but have you looked at this version that does not require Bluestacks?
