Web Site creation software to replace FrontPage 2003

Any suggestions on a web site program to replace my old (and obsolete) FrontPage 2003? I have been moving off of Office 2003 since its in the same support category as Windows XP.

I have Web Easy Professional V9, but it is not "easy" and doesn't really have any templates that I like.

My web host, Bluehost, provides a web building program, but it seems to be complicated too.

I found a free version of Microsoft Expression Web 4, on the Microsoft site, which replaced FrontPage. I'm going to give it a shot.

The Microsoft Expression 4 will do the job, but I'll have to completely redo my website to get rid of the old/obsolete HTML code that was generated by FrontPage 2003. I can't just import a page and then save it, as Expression 4 does not replace the HTML code in that case.

I'm marking this solved.
