start up repair failed to automatically repair computer

Apparently my computer had double files on the c drive so I deleted ten yesterday, before running a disk clean up. I also deleted several miscellaneous programs (not on C) installed when I bought it. today however it failled to start normally. I've tried what was recommended on system recovery options ( command prompt, window memoery diagnostics) but is hesitant to do a system restore/system image recovery as I don't have a piint in time for it to restore too.It has some really important pictures that I don't want to lose. please help me figure out what is wrong.

After "startup repair" you have a choice to click. Something like "view diagnostic details". Click on it. What tests were done and don't have status code 0x0? Give all details please.

You uninstalled programs the way you should?

"deleted several miscellaneous programs "=> Did you uninstall them normally?
    Which files did you delete?

i am sure it has something to do with the c files I deleted. which is weird because they were duplicates.
